For those of you interested in what exercise I do, here’s my 5 day work out routine:
30 minutes interval running/walking with high incline, high speed
30 minutes walking at 6.1 kms per hour
5 day split weight lifting courtesy of bodybuilding.com (I started out with number 1 for 8 weeks, than switch to number 2, and after 8 weeks will probably go back to one, and so on and so forth):
My weight lifting usually takes about 40 minutes,
and then I do ten minutes of ab work designed to heal diatastis recti, which you can learn about here:
A quick google brings up loads of exercises, and eventually I will be writing a post about it.
